Computer Systems

Computer Systems research at MPI-SWS covers computer architecture, operating systems, distributed systems, networks, databases, high-performance and sustainable computing, and systems security. Recent research in the group has focused on hardware-software co-design, post-Moore systems, architectural and systems support for AI/ML, Big Data, graph processing applications, secure distributed computation, properties of blockchains, and verified systems.
